Turzone "Baikal Harbor" liked two more Chinese companies

Investment projects on the territory of the Baikal Harbor Turkish in Buryatia intend to sell two Chinese companies. Earlier, the Tiani Corporation entered the project, which, together with the resident of the zone, is being built by the Turkomplex.

Intent agreements are concluded between JSC "Special Economic Zones" and Chinese companies Jilin Xingrong Food Co. And Harbin Modern Group Co during the IV Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin, TASS reports with reference to the director of the Department for Project Management and Work with Investors of Special Economic Zones, Yevgeny Avtushenko.

The deadlines for the implementation of projects and other terms of agreements will be determined additionally.

Earlier it was reported that the Baikal Harbor SEZ will be closed. The zone created by the solution from 2007 so fully did not work. According to TASS, there are now 12 residents conducting activities in the field of tourism on preferential conditions. In early June, it became known that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will transfer the zone by the Government of Buryatia for 10 years.

In the Russian SEZ, according to the Ministry of Economic Development, three companies with the participation of Chinese capital are now registered. They have already invested 132 million rubles. These are Heliotechnics Sirius (ALABUGA OEZ), ABC Steel (ALABUGA OEZ), Lifan cars Rus (OEZ Lipetsk). In addition, the Chinese company Tigna, together with the resident of the Baikal Harbor OEZ, Intera LLC creates a tourist complex, which includes cafes, a parking lot and a universal concert venue.
