On April 28, the ECHR gave the priority of the complaint of Nepomnya, Vakhapov and Makarov of bullying in IK-1 and demanded to take interim measures . All three applicants were supposed to be at 48 hours examined by independent doctors in the presence of protection, and the results of the examination were sent to the ECHR. However, the leadership of IK-1 refused to let lawyers go to the non-resounding and other prisoners. The FSIN said that the "independent medical commission", who examined the prisoners on April 28, did not find injuries from them.
On May 5, the ECHR repeatedly demanded that Russia allow lawyers and conduct a medical examination. On the same day, the colony administration extended for another six days the term of detergent in the schizo.
