
Kazakhstan refused to let innovative wagons of other people's administrations on his railways. According to Kommersant with reference to sources, this is a response to the Russian Railways refusal to allow 5.4 thousand innovative Chinese -made innovation wagons purchased by Kazakhstan in 2011-2012.
Officially, Astana explained this step by the unpreparedness of the infrastructure. The corresponding telegram "KTZ -loading", the structure "Kazakhstan Temir Zhola" (KTZ, the railways of Kazakhstan), on April 26, sent OJSC Russian Railways. As a result, Russian Railways from May 4 forbade the preparation and supply of such wagons to Kazakhstan or transit through the country.
Innovation are called wagons with increased load on the axis (25 or more tons) and a number of other characteristics. According to Russian Railways, about 65 thousand wagons with a load on the axis of 25 vehicles are currently operated on the network, and the supervised operation of wagons 27 tf began on June 1.
