Martsinkevich guilty in robbery (part 2 of article 162 of the Criminal Code), hooliganism (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code), intentional destruction of property (Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code) and initiation of a national hatred (part 2 of article 282 of the Criminal Code).
According to the investigation, in 2013-2014 years, Restruct activists led by their leader as part of the Occupy-Drugophilia project carried out attacks in Moscow on people whom they considered to be merchants drugs. The victims were beaten, their belongings were taken away and paint was poured over them. The attackers were often armed with stun guns, batons and gas cans. It is reported that the actions of Narcophilia activists suffered as at least eight people, one of whom died.
The court found M. Martsinkevich guilty and sentenced him to 9 years in a strict regime colony. Due to the fact that the leader "Restrukta" there is still an unserved term on the previous sentence, the court, by partial summation of sentences imposed a final sentence of 10 years strict regime colonies.
Recall that in addition to M. Martsinkevich, In the case of the Occupy-Drugophilia group, another 9 people are being prosecuted, some of whom under 18 years of age at the time of the attacks. They were sentenced to terms of three up to ten years in prison.

The first was handed down in 2008 in the case of a provocation in the Bilingua club, the second - in 2009 in connection with the filming by him and his associates of a video dedicated to the revival of the Ku Klux Klan in Russia, and the third - in August 2014 on the fact of the publication of xenophobic videos in social network.
