The Grandmother's District Court found guilty and sentenced to ten years the colony of the maximum regime of the leader of the Restruk -Restruk, Maxim Martsinkevich, known under the nickname Tesac, the Moscow Agency reports. The verdict was issued by Judge Alexander Glukhov.
Tesak was convicted for the attack in 2013 on the alleged drug dealer as part of the Okopui-Narkofili campaign. Tessac did not admit his guilt.
The state prosecutor requested for the accused the punishment of imprisonment for terms of three years four months to 11.5 years. The prosecutor requested the maximum term for Martsinkevich. He was the only one to charge under Art. 282 ("The excitement of national hatred or enmity"). This is due to the Autobiographical Book "Restructure", which in 2014 by the decision of the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow was recognized as extremist.
In November 2016, Martsinkevich finished serving a deadline for another criminal case on the initiation of national hatred (Article 282 of the Criminal Code). In September 2014, the Moscow City Court softened him a punishment from five years in prison to two years and 10 months for publishing three xenophobic videos on a social network.
