
Group-Ib said that as a result of a hacker attack using the Petya.a encryption virus, more than 80 companies suffered. This was told by the head of the criminalistic laboratory of Group-IB Valery Baulin, reports RNS.
“According to our data, as a result of an attack with the help of a Petya.a -sipper, more than 80 companies in Russia and Ukraine suffered,” he said. They emphasized that the attack has no relation to Wannacry. To stop the spread of the virus, you need to immediately close TCP ports 1024-1035, 135 and 445, emphasized in Group-IB.
Earlier on June 27, Rosneft recorded a hacker attack on corporate servers.
