Apatity: administrative fine for publishing a racist audio recording on a social network

In July 2017 in the city of Apatity, Murmansk region, the court fined a local resident Sergei Khozyainov 1,000 rubles, who was recognized as guilty of posting a racist audio recording on social media.

In July 2017, in the city of Apatity, Murmansk region, there were initiated an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a local resident Sergei Khozyainov, who according to law enforcement agencies, published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" some banned racist audio clip.

Details, unfortunately, were not reported.

The court found the young man guilty and fined him for 1000 rubles.
