New case against the poet Bogolyubov

On June 28, 2017, a criminal case was opened in Moscow against the poet Nikolai Bogolyubov, who is accused of reciting a xenophobic poem at the Easter Cross the course near the walls of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra.
On June 28, 2017, a criminal case was initiated in Moscow under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred). A written undertaking not to leave was taken from Bogolyubov.

The case against the poet was separated from the case of ataman Turukhin .

In April 2016, the Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow also issued an indictment sentence to the poet Nikolai Bogolyubov for anti-Semitic statements in his books "Russian fire", "Flame of Russian fate", "Dawn is near!" and "General Petr Krasnov - warrior of holy Rus'.
