On July 12, 2017, in the city of Abakan, Republic of Khakassia, an investigation into the case of public incitement to extremism (Part 2, Article 280 of the Criminal Code) was completed.
A 57-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, who, according to law enforcement agencies, in February of this year, published a xenophobic comment on the website of one of the local media calling for violence against people from the Caucasus.
The case has already been transferred to the Abakan city court for consideration on the merits.
