Fine for the video "Tesak against Eduard Bagirov" on the social network

In Novoaltaysk, a local resident was brought to administrative responsibility for the video "Tesak against Eduard Bagirov" on the social network.

In July 2017, the Novoaltaysky City Court fined a local resident under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (dissemination of extremist materials). The amount of the fine amounted to 1000 rubles.

According to the materials of the case, since 2013, the young man has posted in the public domain and stored on the social network VKontakte a video included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials under item 3182. We are talking about the video "Tesak vs. Eduard Bagirov. Finished up", recognized as extremist by the Berdsk City Court of Novosibirsk area on October 6, 2015.

At the hearing, the young man admitted his guilt and repented of his deed.

The decision of the court has entered into force. Extremist content has been removed.
