In early July, Siemens filed a lawsuit against representatives of the Technopromexport company (TPE) due to the supply of gas turbine units to the Crimea. On July 11, the lawsuit was registered by the Moscow Arbitration Court. The defendant in the case is also the joint venture of Siemens and "Power Machines" - LLC Siemens Technology of Gas Turbine.
Siemens said that at least two of the four gas turbine units were moved to Crimea, which were delivered to implement the project in Taman. According to the German side, this happened without her consent, as well as in violation of the contract.
