Case was launched against a prisoner of correctional colony No. 3, who had a tattoo with a Nazi swastika.
Earlier, two more convicts serving sentences in correctional institutions of the region were brought to administrative responsibility and a fine for tattoos in the form of a swastika. After the fine, the offenders got rid of the tattoos.
