In Lipetsk, a colony prisoner was fined for a swastika tattoo

In July 2017, in the Lipetsk Region, a court fined a prisoner in a colony for tattoo with Nazi symbols. In July 2017 in Lipetsk region, an administrative case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Administrative Code (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols).

Case was launched against a prisoner of correctional colony No. 3, who had a tattoo with a Nazi swastika.

Earlier, two more convicts serving sentences in correctional institutions of the region were brought to administrative responsibility and a fine for tattoos in the form of a swastika. After the fine, the offenders got rid of the tattoos.
