In Khabarovsk, the case of a 45-year-old local resident was brought to court for xenophobic images on the social network.

In July 2017, the Krasnoflotsky District Court of Khabarovsk filed a case against. Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting national hatred).

According to investigators, from December 2016 to January 2017, a 45-year-old construction company crane operator posted images with captions on his personal page on the VKontakte social network, in which linguists found incitement to "national enmity and hatred, as well as humiliation of dignity representatives of non-Russian peoples".
