Lipetsk: administrative fine for publishing banned songs of the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat"

In July 2017 in Lipetsk, the court fined a 21-year-old local resident who was found guilty of publications in the social network of banned songs of the neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat".

In July 2017, an administrative case under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

The case was initiated against a 21-year-old local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" banned songs neo-Nazi group "Kolovrat".

About which songs We are talking about, unfortunately, we were not informed.

Recall that the compositions of the Kolovrat group were recognized extremist by decision of the Leninsky District Court of the city of Kemerovo and Kominternovsky District Court of Voronezh, and included in the Federal List of Extremist materials (clause 1101 and pp.1223-1252).

The court found the Internet user guilty and fined him 1000 rubles.
