In Crimea, the court extended the term arrest of six participants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case.

In early August 2017, the court once again extended Refat's arrest. Alimov, Arsen Dzhepparov, Emir-Usein Kuku, Vadim Siruk, Enver Bekirov and Muslim Aliyev.

Muslims will remain under arrest until October 8 2017.

E. Bekirov, V. Siruk, E-U. Kuku and M. Aliyev were detained in February 2016, R. Alimov and A. Dzhepparov - in April 2016 - as part of the investigation of a criminal case under Parts 1 and 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (organization activities of a terrorist organization) initiated in connection with activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Crimea.

Recall that we consider the accusation unjustified followers of Hizb ut-Tahrir in terrorism only on the basis of party activities (holding meetings, reading literature, etc.).
