A blogger was arrested in Izhevsk for posting calls for violence against “non-Muslims” online.

In Izhevsk, within the framework of a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred) and part 2 of Art. 205.2 of the Criminal Code (public calls for terrorist activities or public justification of terrorism), a blogger was arrested for posting calls for violence against "non-Muslims" on the Internet.
