Korsakov: a case regarding the publication of certain xenophobic audio clips has been brought to court

In August 2017, in the city of Korsakov, Sakhalin Region, the court transferred a case against a previously convicted 22-year-old local resident accused of publication of certain xenophobic audio clips on social networks.

In August 2017, in the city of Korsakov, Sakhalin Region, investigation of the case of inciting ethnic hatred (Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code).

A 22-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, who, according to according to law enforcement agencies, published on the Internet some xenophobic audio clips directed against "non-Slavs".

It is reported that earlier the young man had already been convicted under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code.

The case has already been referred to the court for consideration on the merits.
