The Presnensky court of Moscow gave permission to marry the former governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh with his bride Catherine Reifer. As Interfax reports, his lawyer Marina Yarosh reported this.
“The judge informed us that after the interrogation as a witness on September 5, Catherine will be given the opportunity to meet with Nikita Yuryevich in a pre-trial detention center for marriage,” Yarosh said after a preliminary hearing.
“Resolution is given, this is the only good news for today,” she added.
Earlier it was reported that the bride of the ex-governor cannot receive permission to date with him for the marriage, as he passes in his case as a witness.
It became known about the decision of Nikita Belykh to marry the pre-trial detention center last July, later the ex-governor submitted the corresponding petition.
