In the Kuban, a cottage village built by the environment of Tkachev is demolished

In the Kuban, the courts are massively prescribed to demolish the houses of 158 residents of the cottage village "Pushkinsky Dol" near Gelendzhik, bought from companies associated with relatives of the head of the Ministry of Agriculture and the former governor of the Krasnodar Territory and his long -standing ally, State Duma deputy Alexander Remezkova. It is reported by "New Gazeta".

At the time of acquisition, the plots were in the housing stock, so residential development was prohibited on them. However, future buyers convinced that the Genezhik administration would amend the general plan of the city, allowing housing construction on the lands of the village. Buyers purchased sites along with temporary "demonstration" houses. In fact, changes to the general plan were discussed at public hearings, but were not entered into the document. As a result, from February 2014, the Ministry of Natural Resources began to file lawsuits against the residents of the village demanding to demolish temporary buildings.

Residents of the village were forced to leave the houses that were ordered to demolish.

Initially, the plots belonged to the company Krasnodar-resource, which was owned by the Kuban Development Group. It was headed by Alexander Batalov from 2008 to 2012. In 2008, Krasnodar-resource rebuilt the right to rent sites of the Black Sea Financial Company (ChFC), which was owned by Sister Remzkova Zhanna Arefieva. In 2012, this company transferred the right to rent to two individual entrepreneurs - Arefieva and Inna Kushch, the project manager, which was responsible for the technical design of the sites. The final owners acquired the right to rent plots for 49 years from two IPs and the Start-Invest company, the director of which became Kushch. 75 percent "Start-Invest" was owned by a personal driver Remezkova Alexei Gaidamashko. In total, 400 plots were sold.

At the same time, it was planned to build ten more similar cottage villages in Gelendzhik, Novorossiysk and the Tuapse district of the region, however, after problems with the Pushkin Dol, these projects were rolled up.

In August 2014, according to the residents of the village, a criminal case of fraud was opened. It was open against unidentified persons, he was first stopped, and then resumed. In July 2015, three months after Tkachev’s resignation from the governor’s post, Kushch became a suspect in the case. Initially, Kushch refused to admit guilt, but in June 2016 she made a deal with the investigation and testified against the organizers of the scheme. According to her, the decision to crush the plots was made on the initiative of the ChFC employees, and officials of the regional Ministry of Natural Resources helped to implement the scheme, it was only a "sales coordinator." Money for the sites, Kush stated, entered the accounts of companies in Krainvestbank, the chairman of the board of directors of which was Remeskov from 2008 to 2012. However, three days after the recognition of the heap changed the lawyer and refused to testimony.

In February, the case against Kush was transferred to court. There were no complaints about other participants in the development project for law enforcement officers.

In the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Krasnodar Territory, they insist on the legality of requirements for the demolition of houses. Changing the status of land - the prerogative of local government bodies, officials say. In turn, the Gelendzhik city hall said that they could not change the boundaries of the forest park zone, which belongs to the Pushkin Dol, without coordination with the Ministry of Natural Resources.

On August 5, the deceived residents of the Pushkin’s share held a rally against the inaction of the authorities in Gelendzhik. They were joined by the victims of officials, the event gathered about 500 people. On some demonstrators, administrative protocols were drawn up, they were fined. One of the participants in the action was charged with an “insult to the head of the administration” of the city of Viktor Khrestin.

Residents of the "Pushkinsky share" are going to arrange new protests. They are preparing to demand the resignation of the chrestor.
