Samara resident fined for distributing extremist materials on social networks

In Samara, a local resident was fined for distributing extremist materials on social networks.

In August, in Samara, a local resident was fined 100 rubles. under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

According to the case file, in late 2013, the defendant created a page on one of the social networks and posted music and videos from the Federal List of Prohibited Materials there. 209 friends and 115 subscribers of his page could get acquainted with these records. All of them received notifications about downloaded materials.

The Industrial District Court fined a resident of Samara 1,000 rubles. The content page has been removed.
