Resident of Tikhoretsk fined for distributing extremist materials and swastikas

In the Krasnodar Territory, a 22-year-old resident of Tikhoretsk was fined for wearing a swastika, audio and video footage on a social network. In August 2017, in Tikhoretsk, a local resident was punished under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution of extremist materials) and art. 20.3 (public display of Nazi paraphernalia). He was fined.

According to the materials of the case, a 22-year-old resident of Tikhoretsk posted audio files and a video in free access on the social network, which were recognized by the court as extremist and included in the list of extremist materials.

After the prosecutor's office initiated a check, the prohibited materials were removed on their own.
