The fund is registered at Novinsky Boulevard 3/1, the “MGIMO graduates Fund” was registered there - he with the Tikhonova Foundation, the general director - Semen Shevchenko - he refused to answer questions from the “interlocutor”. According to Reuters, Ekaterina Tikhonova is married to Kirill Shamalov - the son of Putin Nikolai Shamalov's friend.
