A new business was brought up on the pro -Ukrainian activist Baluha

Against the activist of Vladimir Balukh, sentenced to three years and seven months of the colony, they opened a criminal case on the use of violence against a representative of the authorities (part 1 of article 318 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the Crimean human rights group.

According to the investigation, on August 11, during the morning inspection of the temporary detention center in the village of Razdolny Baluh, he hit the head of the IVS, captain Valery Tkachenko with his elbow. After that, the activist allegedly went into camera No. 2, took the bottle of detergent and again hit the head of the IVS on his right hand.

The case was made after the representative of the Baluha filed an application with the police for the illegal actions of Tkachenko. The lawyer claims that the head of the IVS threatened, insulted and hit the face of his client.

“He tried to carry out illegal actions against Vladimir, namely, hit, insulted with obscene abuse, humiliated a national basis. All this is recorded on the video in the IVS, ”said the representative of the Baluha.

Vladimir Balukh was detained on December 8 after searches in his house and his mother’s house in Crimea. The police said that during searches, cartridges and dynamite checkers were found. Baluh himself said that the forbidden objects were thrown after he hung the flag of Ukraine over his house and attached a sign “Street of Heroes of Heavenly Hundreds” in memory of activists who died on the Maidan.

On August 4, Balukha sentenced to three years and seven colonies. He was found guilty of storing ammunition and explosives (part 1 of article 222 of the Criminal Code).
