In total since the beginning of the year from racist and far-right ideologically motivated attacks, 4 people died and at least 37 received injured or beaten in 13 regions of the country.
In August, we know only one act vandalism. - In Apatity, Murmansk region, unknown vandals desecrated Buddhist stupa. Since the beginning of the year, we have recorded attacks by motivated xenophobic vandals on at least 29 sites in 20 regions of the country.
