Lawkoster "Victory" was fined for the demand to pay for the report of the portfolio

The Lawkoster “Victory” was fined 20 thousand rubles for the fact that the airline demanded two thousand rubles from the passenger for the transport of the portfolio in a hand luggage, the website of the Moscow Transport Prosecutor's Office said .

The airline was found guilty of the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of regulatory legal acts establishing the procedure for the provision of services to the population (part 1 of article 14.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia).

The prosecutor’s office checked the information received from the passenger and found that the airline’s employee violated the federal aircraft transportation rules, according to which the passenger could carry a portfolio in hand luggage.

The incident occurred when landing on the flight of DP458 “Cheboksary -Moscow” in March this year.
