Here it is, happiness. Sergei Mitrokhin himself noted us in his historical article “Success obliges”. "In these elections, Muscovites showed: they are already quite mature people in order to manage their areas on their own ..."
Let me assure the Yabloko party and its Lenin Central Committee on behalf of the Muscovites that we will respond to the highly assessing the leadership with new electoral records. As a mother and as a woman: a quarter of a century Mitrokhin personally, not sparing strength and health, steadily holds a line between us to educate a new, mature and socially responsible Muscovite. And then, finally, it happened! Rubbed.
Of course, this is only a kind of advance. In response to endless party care, we, Muscovites, solemnly oblige us to double the electoral milk yield for comrade. Mitrokhin. From 3 percent to 6. The intention of the beloved leader to nominate his candidacy for the mayor's elections lit our hearts with genuine enthusiasm. Let them know there, behind the ocean: there is no force on Earth, capable of stopping democratically tuned Muscovites on a wide and bright path to the constituency!
Now let a few words without a protocol.
On September 10, driven by approximately such considerations, a friend of life and I through the blizzard and enemy obstacles paved the way for their polling station on the street. Krzhizhanovsky. With a far -sighted purpose, to vote for the “troika” indicated in the list of Dmitry Gudkov: two beauties from the “Yabloko” and one good fellow from the Communist Party with a beautiful Russian name Levon Smirnov. There was no one for anyone else. Although curious cats were hung on the heart: why, after all, the “Yabloko” is easier to get more easily alliances with the Communists, what, for example, with Boris Nemtsov?
But away treacherous thoughts! Who, if not we, when, if not now. Before striking, you must decisively unite. (Or what's there? Do not forget to ask Levon Smirnov). Okay, these three are at least young. They agreed to enter the Gudkov list, that is, they showed sanity. And certainly in the opposition. So on the Bezrybie - at least for the "Yabloko" with the Communist Party. Everything is better than just handing a clearing to the nomenclature. We take a deep breath, close our eyes and vote. I suppose it’s not a graph.
Well, why, after all, the “Yabloko” is easier to get alliances with the Communists, which, for example, with Boris Nemtsov?
In our academic area with a turnout and results are not buzzing. As well as in the neighboring Gagarinsky, Lomonosov, university, as well as in Tver, on a falcon, airport and some others. On the one hand, it is necessary to know and appreciate it. And on the other, to understand that the shortage that arose in a few advanced and therefore transparent areas (for example, on a plot on the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the Gagarinsky district where V.V. Putin voted, the opposition unconditionally won - because they honestly considered), the authorities easily compensate for the so -called “intracity periphery”. Kapotnya, Koplovka, Maryino, Marfino, Golyanovo, Butovo, Lianozovo, Degunino, Beskudnikovo, Biryulyovo, Zhulebino ... The first thing that occurred to the head can be listed in dozens. “Who needs” always wins there. So the city is arranged, nothing personal.
For those who want details, visual pictures here . It is interesting to compare with the support map Sergei Sobyanin in the 2013 elections. The territorial structure of Moscow preferences is quite stable, and the zone of support for democracy in it is small. Center and two blocks in the north and southwest. If on September 10, 12-15% of Moscow voters came to the elections, and of which about a fifth of them for the Gudkov list, then a real support indicator is up to 3%. Navalny had about 9%in 2013. From the general list, I mean, and not from the number of voters.

In “transparent” Moscow, it makes sense to vote, if only because your voice will not be stolen here. And if we are talking about municipal elections, they will not even dilute very much: the voices obtained by the nomenclature in Kapotne do not affect the composition of the deputies in Ramenki or on the Falcon. In addition, it is important that the authorities feel resistance. If there is no resistance, it will quickly be displayed, and looking - at the Tver numbers already as in a boiler. And in Moscow as in Yoshkar-Ola ... it is necessary to maintain status and tone-even if everything around is wrong. Brush your teeth in the morning. Sometimes wash your hands. If possible, not to celebrate a small need for an elevator. Once a year or two, go to the polls. I understand that it is difficult - but who is easy now?!
As a result, people who think in approximately the same way have developed a modest majority, and Gudkov’s “three” went on our site. And throughout the district No. 3 too. A low bow to neighbors in the district, members of election commissions and observers: they worked honestly. It could have been worse. It can always be worse.
We list scarce reasons for optimism.
A new cohort of young independent politicians appeared. So far only in Moscow.
They demonstrated agreements (at least in the most elementary situations, when it is required to competently divide the districts) and generally behave reasonably.
Interprete use new technologies for reaching the voter bypassing official slingshots.
They are not seduced about the device of politics in the Russian Federation and at the same time know how to achieve success (albeit a limited). Do not replace the work with complaints about the eternal imperfection of the world and the Fatherland.
They are specific.
As political entities, they depend not on the authorities (Kremlin or their party), but on the amount of votes. Therefore, they are responsible not to the vertical, but to the voter.
Let's see what will come out for them. I have fulfilled our simple duty with sin in half, now let them try to fulfill their own. I sincerely wish you good luck.
It is important that the authorities feel resistance. If there is no resistance, it will quickly be displayed, and looking - at the Tver numbers already as in a boiler
... And just at this solemn moment, Sergey Mitrokhin enters the stage. Personally. In order to analyze the results, with a sense of deep satisfaction, to explain to Muscovites that they, in the election, have finally proved their ability to manage the areas. And now, therefore, the coach raises the bar and sets a new high target. Before us, comrades, is facing the difficult task of the shoulder to the shoulder to support Mitrokhin in the mayor’s elections. It is a matter that we have ripe to control the city. Well, Ale, op!
Of course, we were aware of which party we vote. But not to the same extent! If only a pause could stand for decency. Is there someone in the “Apple” to explain to him in an accessible language that, in general, in general, the voter proves his maturity and competence (whatever he is), but on the contrary, the party?
In recent years, Yabloko has taken a number of successful steps. Schlosberg advanced, attracted Gudkov and Ryzhkov. Even with Yashin and Parnassus somehow agreed. Great, although I wanted more. However, for that thank you: they designated the trend in the direction of sanity, rejuvenation, compromises and competition - here you have a well -deserved positive assessment from voters. Three with a plus. Just please (please!), Keep in mind that the plus is conditional. In this case, the condition was the involvement of the fresh team of Gudkov-Katz. In addition, Schlosberg performed well in the Pskov region.
A few loyal voter made an effort over himself and agreed to believe that God would give from the Gudkov coalition, something could grow up. Only Mitrokhin has to do with it? Everything that could grow out of it has long grown. We have just received excess confirmation in this sad fact in the form of his wise speeches.
After all, it seems, nowhere is nowhere. Before the mayor’s election is another year. In March, in March, there will be presidential elections. If Grigory Yavlinsky gains their usual 5–7-10% on them (for which he has very good chances - we will not explain why), there is no point in going to the Moscow head of the “Yabloko”. So Moscow is arranged: he does not believe in tears, does not give fools. Well, it was worth a cloth for their personal anxieties/ambitions until March? Play the team leader, demonstrating the delight of democratic unity. On the rights of the older brother, press the young, unfamiliar tribe to the broad chest.
A few loyal voter made an effort over himself and agreed to believe that God would give from the Gudkov coalition, something could grow up. Only Mitrokhin has to do with it?
After all, it is clear that in the presidential campaign, Yavlinsky will have to play the role of the unifying, patron and collector of disparate democratic lands. (Alas, again on Brahbie; And what to do?) So help, be patient, shut up! Show an example of solidarity and friendship. It will be both worthy and far -sighted.
But no! "I'm the first in line, do not occupy me!" And what is now the Yavlinsky patron-gatherer, if in his own squad, the chief princely hero, frightened by the success of youth, is the first to rush to collide a place to divide the skin of an unkilled bear. In a hurry, with all the honest people, crushing the honor of his own prince under the belly. Either sincerely not understanding how it looks from the outside, or even more sincerely holding their conditional voters for idiots.
And they are not idiots, that’s the trouble. As they came, they will leave. A conditioned plus, if conditions are not observed, turns into an unconditional minus.
The last Democratic Party of Russia, as a unique inhabitant of the Red Book, can afford a lot. Enter into dubious alliances. Put out failure projects. Promise impossible. To miss the chances, lose, depict insulted innocence. Smart and compassionate Moscow electorate (in a volume of 3%) will understand and forgive everything.
Only one thing has no right to be more stupid than her target audience.
