In September 2017 in the city of Bavlakh of the Republic of Tatarstan an administrative case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public display of Nazi symbols).
The case was initiated against a local resident born in 1998, which, according to law enforcement agencies, published on his page in social network image of the Nazi swastika.

The court found the young man guilty and fined him 1000 rubles.
