Barnaul: the case under Art. 282 and art. 280

In September 2017, in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory, to the court case was referred against a 20-year-old local woman who is accused of publications in the social network of texts with images calling for xenophobic violence. In September 2017, in the city of Barnaul, Altai Territory, there were completed the investigation of the case of inciting ethnic and religious hatred (part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code) and public calls for extremism (Part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code).

A 20-year-old local resident will soon be in the dock, which, according to the investigation, from February to March 2017 published in social network images with texts calling for violence against representatives certain ethnic and religious groups.
