The criminal case against "Nemgia" has been discontinued

The criminal case against the bloggers of the YouTube channel "Nemagia" in the suit of the banker Oleg Tinkov was terminated after the reconciliation of the parties. Thiswas reported to Vedomosti by Bloggers' lawyer Alexander Zinurov.

“In the criminal case, they received a motion to terminate the case of reconciliation of the parties. From the side of Tinkov, ”said Zinurov. An application was also received on the refusal of the claim in the arbitration court.

In early August, on the channel "Nemagia" appeared a video about Oleg Tinkov's "exposure". For a few days, about 2 million people watched it. On August 24, Tinkoff Bank filed a lawsuit against the authors of the Nemagia channel for the damage caused by the business reputation of the company with "unscrupulous behavior of bloggers." By a court decision, Roskomnadzor banned the video of Kemerovo bloggers about Oleg Tinkov and his Tinkoff Bank.

On September 13, it became known that operatives came to the apartment to the leading channel Alexei Pskovitin and searched. On September 18, he was summoned for interrogation to Moscow as a witness in the slander case. Two days later, Vedomosti reported that Pskovitin became a suspect in this case.

On September 26, in an interview with the YouTube channel "Hach Diary" Tinkov promised to withdraw all the claims against "Nemagia".

“I promise you that on Tuesday I will call all the claims - both administrative and criminal (...) I give my word. Let's see what they will do, ”Tinkov said. He emphasized that he did not want to "fight with anyone." “I have a difficult attitude to the guys [from“ Nemagia ”]. You understand, there are personal insults, ”Tinkov told Blogger Amiran Sardarov.
