In Russia, on Thursday, the film "Crimea" by Alexei Pimanova, telling the love story of two young people against the backdrop of the events of the spring of 2014, ended with the annexation of the peninsula, was released on Thursday. For Russian cinema, this is far from the first experience in creating full -length feature cinema based on the motives of historical events important from the propaganda point of view, however, even patriotic commentators note the low quality of the film after watching Crimea.
“Crimea”, of course, was difficult to fight for the attention of the public against the background of ups and downs , accompanying the release of the “Matilda” of Alexei Teacher. Therefore, the promoters of the picture took advantage of the “administrative resource”: on the eve of the premiere from different regions of Russia, reports began to receive that local officials were asking for school directors to provide organized viewing “Crimea” by schoolchildren, and the chief editor of KinoPoisk Elizaveta Surganova announced ten thousands of accounts of the site users, after which the film rating “rating” He took off to heaven (now the administrators have already eliminated the consequences of hacking and the rating has returned to its natural and extremely low level).
In general, according to the results of the story with the film "Crimea". The scope there, of course, is a certain-someone who really wanted to increase the expectation rating of the film, hacked the accounts of several tens of thousands of film users and put a mark of the “Crimea” for them. This morning, the film had 70 thousand waiting marks and a rating of 62%. Now, when we deleted all compromised marks, there are 17 thousand of them, and the total rating has fallen to 21%.
So Nice Try. But it would be better if such efforts on the quality of films were spent.
PS Well, this is all a reminder to us that even good complex passwords should sometimes be changed and not used in several places. So I'll go change the password)
But this is not all: attentive Internet users noticed that all tickets in the first few rows were sold in the film in Moscow, while the rest of the hall remains absolutely free. For example, what a map of seats looked at one of the morning sessions on Friday in the Moscow Metropolis Multiplex (the rest of the 16 (!) Sessions of Crimea on this day in the same cinema has still been sold a few tickets)
The only exception was Crimea itself - so, in the Simferopol cinema "Spartak" almost all tickets for the evening sessions of the film were sold out this weekend, there was no shortage of spectators and premiere. True, I liked the “Crimea” not to all supporters of its accession to Russia: the actors are scolded for a bad game, the script - for the step -in -law and many inaccuracies .
Among the reviews of Crimea, written by professional critics, the text published in the magazine MAXIM earned the greatest popularity on social networks. From it you can make an approximate impression of the plot of the picture:
The film begins with the fact that Crimea always succeeded - with landscapes. And from the lonely Ukrainian Virgin, who, sitting on the top of the mountain, joins the greatness of Crimea from all the fibers of his soul. By the way, a Ukrainian journalist is depicts a native of Novosibirsk Evgeny Lapov. The actress also bears the title "Beauty of Russia-2009", and this is wonderful, because anyone came to put on the crown of Crimea-this is not in combination, an empty waste of patriotism.
Immediately, on the top of the head, she meets a young muscular handsome man, actor Roman Kurtsyn. He is a retired special forces from Sevastopol, who gained a new peaceful life, teaching physical education at school, and rises to the top of the mountain to catch single Komsomols and forcibly tell them about the history of Crimea and Theodora. A very correct comrade, who has a domestic car, and he managed to be born in the USSR (he himself admits!), Is it only a mobile phone that he does not understand a bourgeois system ... But the hero should have some tiny insufficoes, otherwise it is not a hero, but a demigod.
In the mountains, the young fall under the aimed shelling of the Cupid, after which they expire with hormones and fall in love. Then they dissect along and across the Crimea on the picturesque yachts, on well -groomed roads in the jeep and nest in warm tube hotels. Judging by the cinema, everywhere the lives are so juicy and beautiful that it is not even clear what Crimeans live so badly under the Ukrainian oppression. Then the authors of the film allowed, of course, an ideological mistake. Let's see if any of them will be shot in edification.
Further, the cinema transfers us to Kyiv winter in 2014, where in the central square the uncountable day by a row, young hipsters rally, and our Virgin-journalist helps them packing Molotov cocktails in bottles. Which, of course, does not like her boyfriend at all, for he sees how these cocktails are burned by his colleagues-spectacles who are guarding the world and law and order. Everywhere chaos, a mess and even a little blood. The director and actors were definitely successful, but there will be few.
The revolutionary sailor falls in love with the monarchist from the Institute of Noble Maidens
From that moment, our story takes a true and unmistakable direction in the footsteps of Soviet cinema, where the revolutionary sailor falls in love with the monarchist from the Institute of Noble Maidens, they are ideologically out of the way, and parents are against such layouts, but there is nowhere to go: there is a war around, there is no time to urgently find someone else to fall in love and eat. We have to love what is.
We will not describe the further details in detail, we already have the excessive letters this month. Nevertheless, we note that the revolutionary intensity and injection of passions come out what is needed, to the glory of any agitprop! Although some plot turns of even an experienced viewer will introduce into a stupor. For example, in the middle of the picture, a hostile sect of Ukrainian saboteurs enters the stage, which has been lurking in the Crimean underground for many years, disguised as workers of the glamorous coastal cafe.
And here is a fragment of Maria Kuvshinova’s review of the Afisha, in which she compares the film by Pimanova with the monument to the Kalashnikov machine, installed recently in Moscow and causing stormy emotions among users of social networks:
The naive, from the last century, faith in the propaganda capabilities of the cinema continues to live in the minds of the older generation. The author of the idea of the "Crimea" Sergey Shoigu and director Alexei Pimanov is a major television functionary, the head of the Zvezda television channel, the creator of the Man and the Law program probably really think that it is enough to create a cinematic analogue of the Kalashnikov monument to 1,500 screens, recommend it for viewing in universities and military units - and the official Russian version of the events of the spring of 2014 The year will be established forever. ... However, the only reason for the appearance of this film does not seem at all ideology at all, but the resource available to Pimanov is a monetary and organizational (real special forces were removed in the picture and real military equipment was involved - however, not in such a quantity as to consider the project a promotional from the Ministry of Defense). “I need to contact the leadership,” says the Ukrainian colonel. "And the meaning?" - with a sympathetic grin, "polite person" answers. And with this rapture from their own capabilities, the whole film will penetrate from their dominance. The thought of the creators is transparent: Ukraine is a stupid woman, Russia is a man with a large gun. War is very bad, so the weak should give up without a fight. Crimea was attached because they could, director Pimanov shot a film because he could. The director with other views on the events of the Crimean spring, as you know, will sit in Siberia for arson of the door for twenty years, in which he never admitted. Strength is in force, brother,-something like that.

Triumph Mol, or the legend of the brave sank and the vile of mycol
In the cinema in the very center of the city, I was alone for 1200 seats. Well, at least no one crunched under the ear. I sat down and prepared to see what 400 million folk money went to the midst of a crisis.
Titras and joyful, romantic music went. In general, music plays a big role in this film. When the Bandera’s conspiracy ripens, it becomes anxious and gloomy. When they are won, bravura and triumphant. So to speak, audio submarines for morons. The impudent titer "Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation" surfaced. Yes, yes, this is not the Ministry of Culture. By the way, why is it called the Ministry of Defense, if the last 70 years we have been attacked by everyone? Well, let's leave this riddle for the descendants.
So. A resident of Sevastopol Sanya meets on the Crimean cliff with the beauty Alena, a journalist from Kyiv, who came to shoot a documentary about the history of Crimea. Several dialogues are followed, apparently written by the eighth grader-downs. In general, the dialogs in this film are a separate miracle:
- What is your name?
- Alena!
- How chocolate, or what?
***
- Come on!
- Figant!
***
-
While we have calmly in Sevastopol. But soon Bandera will come and will make Ukrainians out of us!
And when Sanya shows Alena the sights of Crimea, for some reason he begins to speak excerpts from Wikipedia. Sanya is a former Marine, now a physical education at school. After ten minutes of acquaintance, Alena, a girl of minor behavior, jumps into him in a jeep and begins to kiss, and after half an hour a luxurious white boat is accidentally discovered by a physical school, on which the heroes ride along the Black Sea. On this part, the romance ends. In general, Pimanov managed to incredible. Mix all genres at once and get a rather sickening vinaigrette at the exit.
Part two. Winter. Gloomy music. Maidan. Romkom turns horror. A man in a woolen balaclava plays a piano right on the street. The unfortunate and fried Golden Eagle retreats under the pressure of the brutal Bandera. Sanya for some feature also finds herself on the Maidan and meets Alena. It turns out that they are on different sides of the barricades. She is for the Maidan, he is against. Immediately Alena introduces Sanya to Sotnik Mykola, black, unshaven and more like an Arab terrorist. His task in the film is to watch a wolf and hate Russians. The crowd goes on the offensive, Sanya decides to fall back to the Crimea.
The unfortunate and fried Golden Eagle retreats under the pressure of the brutal Bandera
The episode is third, mysterious. Somewhere in the Cherkasy region, a column of passenger buses following in the Crimea, in the middle of a clean field, are again stopped by the ubiquitous Bandera. For some reason, buses set fire and pull out passengers from there. With shouts "sho, do not fly banderivtsiv?" And with a caricature accent, all passengers are beaten with rubber batons and butt. A friend of Sani, who is trying to shoot this in the video, is killed by a knife. The Sanya himself manages to hide and God the news, as if, on foot, get to the Crimea.
Episode fourth. Patient, lame, unhappy, in gypsum and on the crutch, Sanya lies in the hospital. Alena comes to him.
- Why did you come? - asks Sanya gloomily. In general, in texture, he is very similar to Timur Batrudinov without a sense of humor. Alena flashes and runs away. Then they still put up and go to dinner with Sani's parents. Parents are noble quilted jackets. Father, Colonel, the whole film goes only in camouflage. It seems that in this camouflage he even washes and sleeps. Parents talk about how hard it is to have a difficult one if the Maidannoyes come to Simferopol. This, by and large, is the main word in the film. With pleasure and in different ways, they include twenty times in the course of the play. Alena finally understands that she has no place here, and goes back to the station. But the flights are canceled because a train with Bandera (???) came from Kherson, who will fight the locals. True, the conductor reports that the Bandera on the road was chopped and all weapons were thrown into the ditch.
The episode is fifth. Sanya identifies several dwellings from the Maidan, who snooping around the city and plan terrorist attacks and war. All bad guys in black suits and butterflies. In contrast to good in stretched sweaters. But the city has its own Russian underground, which will not allow lawlessness! From this moment, this is just a comedy Noir, causing wild laughter. Cardboard dialogs become completely stilted, and stylistics resembles a “brown button” and other old masterpieces about spies.
Episode six. Key. Dozens of helicopters fly over the Crimea to save the Russian world. A ship is approaching the pier, from the womb of which an armored personnel carrier rolled out one by one. Sanya laughs happily. Alena is crying. Pimanov or a very naive person, or very simple - with this film he made business for his cartridge another Hague. Such trifles as a "folk referendum" are simply forgotten in the cinema - no longer to formalities. At the same time, Pimanov stacked a piece of Aksyonov, the Islands of Crimea. The Ukrainian pilot refuses to shoot at a fighting military aircraft with a landing, like Colonel Black in a famous novel sitting at Balbek.
Tired? Tired? Tolerate! The end is soon.
The episode is the seventh. Alena parted with Sanya, drinks vodka from the decanter and sobs. Sanya finds her and takes her somewhere to the hotel. Mark again. Sex with still crying Alena. Well, here symbolism and imagery finally go off the way. Without understanding it, Pimanov introduced the scene of the rape of Ukraine by Russia, and even suggested - attention! - The rapist sympathize. Something new in Victimology, agree. And in general, the genre of the film can be briefly described in two words - crocodile tears.
Episode eighth. The disgusting Mykola is trying to capture the S-300 complex from Father Sanya, blackmailing that he will kill his son, and tries to direct missiles to Balbek.
Colonel (in horror). What are you doing? You (Ukrainians!) Thus unleash the war.
Mykola (gloomy). Well, someone should start it!
Honestly - the first time in my life I saw a film where everything is so turned upside down.
Of course, the bastard is neutralized to the Mycolus, Sanya is released. Happy end. The only thing that the strange Alena is still offended and leaves the sleigh. Well, they are funny, Ukrainians, angry, God knows what!
Final credits. Nargiz's song. Both spectators leave the cinema.
Py.S. And give me a pie from the shelf, this is not even a “triumph of will”, it’s hard to look.
Dmitry Korzev ( znak.com ):
Alena, unable to cope with the internal conflict, gets drunk in the insole in a hotel restaurant. Sanya drags her drunk in the room, she calls him a "occupier." Here the main metaphor of the film is best revealed: Sanya is Russia, and Alena is Ukraine. She, as it were, rests, and pretends that she does not want, and is building something out of himself, something babbling about freedom, but in fact-loves him. Sanya, perhaps, should even be slightly, just a little, to use force to put Alena in place. But this is for her own good, then he will suffer and love. Ultimately, the bed scene, that is, the unity of the two countries, is inevitable. Sanya enters Alena in a hotel room, and Russia enters the Crimea.
So, having discarded the conversation about the artistic features of films, we consider the film as a campaign statement. We ask two logical questions.
First. What, according to the film, still explains the input of "polite people" into the Crimea? There is no obvious threat to the Crimeans, according to the plot, even Bandera were frightened here. There seems to be a "group of saboteurs" planning terrorist attacks. But at the same time, no terrorist attacks actually occurred. And you also need to figure it out: who is the saboteurs? Chernynt Bandera, sitting in some underground in the territory of their country? Or Russian special forces conducting the operation to destroy them in fact in the territory of another state?
Sanya enters Alena in a hotel room, and Russia enters Crimea
The second question. What to do with the oath? They explain to us that the "Golden Eagle" fought with people on the Maidan, as its fighters took the oath and fulfilled the order. And it is interpreted as correct. At the same time, when Russian troops appear in Crimea, the Ukrainian military violate the oath and give them control over command posts. And although we understand that this has been done, and some torment of Ukrainians on this subject are shown with respect (and the film ends with the dedication of the Russian and Ukrainian military who did not shoot at each other), the question remains: why is the oath in one case, and in the other - its violation?
Maybe answers to these questions should not be expected from the film. Maybe this is not an attempt to explain the accession of Crimea (and it is unlikely that the target audience of the film needs to explain something here). Maybe this is just a large advertising video of the Russian army, which in the "Crimea" really looks invincible, professional, almost impeccable.
In general, Crimea is not the worst that happened to Russian cinema in recent years. Yes, the actors play quite poorly, and operator work with installation is strained. Full of stamps. Many dialogues are awkward. But in the daytime session in the cinema there were people, and in ridiculous places they chuckled, and in dramatic - they froze, ceasing to crunch with popcorn. One man even raised his hands up and shouted “Hurray!” When they showed Russian military equipment. But then this viewer began to swear, and I realized that he was just drunk.
On the sites of supporters of Novorossia and the Russian Spring, Alexei Pimanov, who is now leading the Zvezda Ministry of Defense, not only criticize, but also accuse of plagiarism - like, for example, Crimean writer Diana Kadi :
— Egor Belikov (@dj_ling) 28
