About this, according to TASS, said the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Arkady Dvorkovich to the chairman of the government Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.
"Whether a airline will exist further - there is no complete understanding yet. There are investors who consider the purchase of the company along with debts, this work will end in the coming days according to the results of the analysis," Dvorkovich said.
VIM-Avia still has domestic flights, primarily to the Far East, for which only a few dozen tickets are sold, and other airlines in a calm mode will connect to the transportation of passengers in this direction. “We do not see any problems,” Dvorkovich said.
On Monday morning, in Rosturism, they promised to return the money to the VIM-Avia passengers, who bought tickets for irrevocable flights.
Earlier, the head of the Federal Air Transport Agency, Alexander Neudko, said that the owner of the VIM-Avia airline at a meeting in the Federal Air Transport Agency with creditors declared his readiness to sell the company for the ruble.
The total payable of WIM -Avia is about 10 billion rubles, of which 7 billion - accounts payable to credit organizations, lesslers, airports, fuel -and -referential systems, and about 1.3 billion rubles - debt for work, services, fuel, airport and ground support for flights.
Last week, the government allocated the Federal Air Transport Agency from the reserve fund of 98 million rubles for servicing aircraft of a problematic airline, including the payment of fuel and airport and ground support services.
On September 28, Arkady Dvorkovich approved the directive, according to which it is proposed to provide Aeroflot with the possibility of using his own funds to finance VIM-Avia operating and financial activities with subsequent compensation for the interdependence of Aeroflot with the industry. Aeroflot will send no more than 1.8 billion rubles to the aid of VIM-Avia.
“VIM-Avia” on September 25 announced the termination of the implementation of all charter flights due to financial problems and lack of working capital. This was preceded by a series of delayed aircraft in Russian and foreign airports.
The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case of fraud, within the framework of which the general director and chief accountant of VIM-Avia Alexander Kochnev and Ekaterina Panteleeva were detained . They were charged.
