Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Shakirzyanov during a press conference announced that 22-year-old Ruslan Arkhipov and 19-year-old Roman Khalilov were charged
in the murder of a 24-year-old student of the Kazan Federal University from the Republic of Chad, a sophomore of the law faculty of KFU Mahdzhub Tijani Hassan.
Young people were charged with 18 episodes, including robbery, causing
grievous bodily harm, murder and the creation of an organized group for
committing extremist crimes.
The young people were detained on 6 March. A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). Sources
