“The project of the resolution was not adopted due to the negative voice of one of the regular members,” announced the chairman of the Security Council, French Permanent Representative of Francois Delatetr.
The mandate of the joint investigation mechanism (SMR) expires on November 17. By October 26, experts must submit a report on the investigation of the incident using chemicals in Khan-Sheikhun on April 4.
