The magistrate court in St. Petersburg fined a thousand rubles on charges of insulting a school teacher No. 684, who wrote the word “fool” on the forehead of the second -grader, RIA Novosti reports . The penalty for this article is from 1 thousand to 3 thousand rubles.

“The court found the teacher guilty of an administrative offense and imposed a minimum punishment taking into account her personality and mitigating circumstances, a minor child is on her dependent,” said Julian Alekseeva, senior assistant to the media prosecutor Julian Alekseev.

On September 21, at one of the lessons at school No. 684, a primary school teacher wrote a “fool” on the student’s forehead with a ballpoint pen.

After the official check, the teacher was dismissed, despite the fact that she apologized and reconciled with the boy's mother.
