In the second half of March, an order to “study activities” came to the school mail from the Department of Education of Novosibirsk, read, a warning for a day about an unscheduled audit. And this was the beginning of three very wide checks. The checks were emphasized by picky. And they turned out to be very incompetent.

The auditors learned the contents of the five articles of the Federal Law on Education from the audits, employees of school No. 83 - these are Articles No. 1, 15, 16, 17, 28. The inspectors deeply surprised that the law demanded to protect the interests of the family. It was news to them. It was necessary to see as soon as it comes to the interests of the family - their mouth opens with bewilderment.

As far as I know, to us, the employees of the school, the department has not yet explained - what we have not become so sweet. It is not clear what they really wanted from us. If the head of the department publicly gives one explanation, then the other, then almost the opposite - everyone understands, he decided not to speak the true reason. Either the color of the ink in some document is not the same, or there is no thing on the school’s website that in fact there are two years in a general review.

True, when they begin to manage you purposefully, the most fantastic hypotheses are climbing into the head at the expense of “for what”. But the tormentor is silent - otherwise what a pleasure.

On October 24, the closure of school No. 83 began. But the group of education at the school, in addition to four television channels, was waiting for a group of parents gathered during working hours. And the closure on the go was outplayed (they made calls to the authorities).

Now the Department of Education (represented by the head, and not only) tells thatthe school will remain , that they will help, but they said this before - they did the opposite.

For several years, our teachers have made a certain amount of work per forces for future assistance. There are still no worked out methods of high -quality individualization of training, all the more high -quality distant secondary education. We do what we can. Help is required very large. As before we were helped with laboratory equipment, interactive boards - this is not enough. And when instead of help - six months of biased inspections - it was just a destruction strategy. And while there is no reason to expect the wind will change.

And we are not talking about any innovatics. The point is that the existing Federal State Educational Standards and the Law on Education are focused on the real educational interests of children and, accordingly, their parents, their families. Such an intensive response of parents in defense of our school, in fact, is support for national education policy. Support for federal laws , a speech against local arbitrariness.

The Ministry of Education R.F. Writes:

“So, on the basis of the second second of Article 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Labor Code of the Russian Federation) of the remuneration system, including the size of tariff rates, salaries (official salaries), surcharges and compensation allowances, including work in conditions that deviate from normal, enforcement systems and bonuses and bonus systems are established by collective agreements, agreements, agreements, locals. normative acts in accordance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law standards. ”

And Akhmetgareev R. M. states in the press that this is not legal, since it contradicts the order of the governor. And the directors must be dismissed.

The same problem is with paying for training for schoolchildren who came to school (brand new). They study with us, and the school receives the money from which he left. And so it can last 365 days. And to us in a year, 300 people crossed the correspondencemen. The law demands to pay for the work of teachers, and sends this money to financing to another address. So why should we rack our heads, allegedly reasoned in our department - let's close the school and zero problems. To take into account the interests and rights of the family - they did not learn to keep in my head in our department.

This is all from the point of view of the law, it is not difficult to figure out who is right. But this does not mean the reasons for the conflict. And I see the reasons as follows.

In the old education system, the view of school workers is chained to the authorities. But if you transfer it to families and at least imagine that the ultimate goal of study is the interests of the family, everything immediately falls into place, and everyone wins.

But we are all (each of us) - the products of the previous education system - everyone needs to learn to "translate a look."

The era of industrial construction was hard and long achieved so that people fell in love with unification and conveyor. But now, for the sake of what great benefit should be given in the schools of children under the press? Let the children in schools be normal. It is not smeared with honey, but humanly. So that the child can not only obey, but also bear contractual obligations, bear responsibility for his choice.The reform of education is in this direction. The old guard is inconvenient. Therefore, the reform moves slowly (10+years), gradually finds supporters in the existing education management system.
