Novosibirsk authorities will justify agglomeration for budget money

The regional government has announced a competition for the development of the concept of Novosibirsk agglomeration. The authorities will spend more than 1.6 million rubles for urban planning.

The authorities needed the "Concept and Economic Justification of the Development Program for the Aglomerations of the Novosibirsk Region." The Ministry of Construction of the region published an announcement of the competition on the public procurement website.

“The purpose of developing a concept is to develop proposals for the creation of legal, organizational administrative and economic conditions for the development of agglomerations (the plural is used - approx. Taigi.info) of the Novosibirsk region,” the competition documentation said.

The contest was a Moskoskoy Institute "Giprogor", which developed a project of agglomeration of the regional center, and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Council of State (RANEPA). In a row, she received the Academy for 1.69 million rubles from the regional budget.

The RANEPA should conduct a comprehensive analysis of the state of “agglomerations of the Novosibirsk region” with the clarification of their borders, determine the main problems of the development of agglomerations and give forecasts of their further growth.

The administration of Novosibirsk, Berdsk, Iskitima, Koltsovo, Ob and eight regions of the region signed an agreement on land use in the framework of agglomeration in order to reserve plots for the needs of the new territorial education.
