The court recognized his guilty under Part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal trafficking in weapons), part 1 of Art. 222.1 Criminal Code (illicit trafficking in explosives) Part 3 of Art. 30 and part 1 of Art. 223.1 of the Criminal Code (attempted for the illegal manufacture of explosives) and sentenced to 4 years in prison in a colony general mode.
Recall in February 2017, hexogen was found at E. Ryapolov. According to investigators, he was "preparing a forceful action in against law enforcement officers using firearms, as well as undermining structures and administrative buildings "(planned blow up the mosque, the building of the regional FSB and the opera house).
