The Supreme Court of Crimea upheld the decision to arrest one of the participants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case in Bakhchisaray

The Crimean Supreme Court upheld the decision to arrest Enver Mamutov, one of the four participants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case in Bakhchisaray.

November 10, 2017 Supreme the Crimean court upheld the decision to arrest one of the four for three months participants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case in Bakhchisaray - Enver Mamutov.

E. Mamutov is under guards since May 13, 2016. He was arrested along with Remzi Memetov, Zevri Abseitov and Rustem Abiltarov in the framework of the criminal case under Part 1 and Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization and participation in it).

Recall that we believe that accusing members of Hizb ut-Tahrir of propagating terrorism only on the basis of party activities (holding meetings, reading literature, etc.) and prosecuting them under anti-terrorist articles is unlawful.
