The Ministry of Justice warned nine media about the possible inclusion in the register of foreign agents

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that nine media, including Radio Liberty and Voice of America, were sent notifications of the possible inclusion in the list of foreign agents, and Interfax soliates.

The adopted law allows the Ministry of Justice to declare foreign agents any media registered abroad, even if they do not receive money from foreign governments. The media recognized by foreign agents will have to label their products (make notes on the site or on print publications), as prescribed in the Law on Non -Profit Organizations.
