
Zimbabwe President Robert Mugaba left his residence Blue Roof, reports Daily Mail with reference to sources. One of the presidential bodyguards stated that Mugaba was fled from the residence that the military occupied.
Earlier it was reported that the motorcade left the residence, but it was not known whether it was inside Mugaba.
On the eve of Mugabe asked the country's veterans association to give him the opportunity to remain in power for some time.
The president asked "a few more days, several months."
Earlier, Mugaba appeared in public for the first time from November 15. He arrived at the ceremony of presenting diplomas at the University of Zimbabwe in the capital of the country of Harara. Mugaba is present at the ceremony annually, as he is his rector.
