In Nizhny Tagil, a charitable foundation collaborating with the Pentecostal church was fined

In Nizhny Tagil for violation of fire safety rules fined the head of the Independence Charitable Foundation, who had rented premises the Church of the HVE "Jesus Christ".  

On November 23, 2017, it became known that on November 9, the prosecutor's office Dzerzhinsky District of Nizhny Tagil and Department of Supervisory Activities and preventive work of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Sverdlovsk region was fined for 150 thousand rubles of the head of the Independence Charitable Foundation, in the work which parishioners of the Church of Christians of the Evangelical Faith "Jesus Christ."

Back in August, the Assistant District Attorney, right at the time service handed over to the presbyter of the church Yevgeny Krause the decision on the prosecutor's check, although the presbyter warned law enforcement about the time divine services.

The prosecutor's office and representatives of the fire department revealed fire safety violations in the building where the church is located: representatives churches were unable to submit documents related to the fire system security.

Believers presented documents showing that the owner of the building is the Independence Foundation, and the church only rents from him premises for worship, and the owner is responsible for fire safety. Then inspectors said the case would require further investigation.

However, on November 9, the leader summoned for trial Fund refused to call the defense counsel and get acquainted with the case materials and immediately read out ruling on the fine, adding: “Rejoice that only 150 were given. And then they could and give 450.

Volunteers of the fund intend to challenge the decision on the fine in court.

Recall that earlier the Church of "Jesus Christ" was fined for "illegal missionary."
