In the Chelyabinsk region, as part of a prosecutor's check from Protestant associations were asked to provide information about themselves.
In November 2017, several Protestant congregations Chelyabinsk region received letters from the prosecutor's office demanding to provide information about your organization.
Not later than the deadline specified in the letter, you must report:
whether citizens were voluntarily united in a religious organization;
whether the organization is registered as a legal entity;
Does the name of the organization contain information about religion and whether the full name is indicated when exercising activities;
Do missionary members of a religious groups with them the decision of the group on vesting them with appropriate powers and other documents provided by law;
whether missionary activity is carried out in residential premises;
provide a list of persons conducting missionary work from name of the organization, as well as to inform about other citizens, including foreign, conducting such activities.
The information is requested in connection with the ongoing prosecutor's check.
