The head of the LPR Plotnitsky left Lugansk

The head of the self -proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic Igor Plotnitsky and a number of other managers left the territory of Lugansk. This was reported by "New Gazeta" with reference to its own correspondent.

According to the specialist in the publication, the head of the LPR administration Irina Teitzman and the head of the LPR GTR, Anastasia Shurkaeva, were also in the automobile procession, which left LNR.

Government buildings are still cordoned off by armed people, among whom, presumably, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR and the Ministry of State Security of the neighboring Donetsk People’s Republic, notes the publication.
