On November 17, 2017, the Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Krasnoyarsk brought 29-year-old Ivan Goppe to administrative responsibility under Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (distribution and storage for the purpose of distributing extremist materials). The young man was fined 3,000 rubles.
According to the materials of the prosecutor's office, the young man posted in free access on his page in the social network "VKontakte" materials included in the federal list of extremist materials.
