In Rostov-on-Don, a criminal case has been initiated against a 19-year-old resident of the Kuban for publications on the social network VKontakte.

In January 2018, a criminal case was initiated in Rostov-on-Don under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred) against a resident of the Novopokrovsky district of Kuban.

According to investigators, from 2012 to 2015. the young man freely posted materials from the Federal List of Extremist Materials on his page on the VKontakte social network.
