In January 2018, in the Altai Territory, the criminal case of a 24-year-old resident of Aleysk was sent to court under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (inciting hatred or enmity). According to investigators, in 2015, the accused posted for free on the Internet on his page in one of the social networks "audio recordings and graphic images, accompanied by texts containing a positive assessment of violent actions against groups of people united on the basis of belonging to certain nationalities and religions ".
