In 2014, the official purchased Toyota Land Cruiser Prado of 2010, as indicated in the documents, for 110 thousand rubles. Moreover, its real average market value amounted to about 1.4 million rubles. This is three times higher than the total revenue of the official for 2011-2013.

The Prosecutor of Primorye demanded to check the legality of the purchase of the car. The head of the regional Ministry of Justice was not able to explain what kind of money the car was bought for. The court decided to turn the car in favor of the state.
