SK checks the version of revenge in the case of the death of the father of the killer of Powerlifter Drachev

The Investigative Committee for the Khabarovsk Territory establishes the circumstances of the death in the accident. Allaira Allahveranov, who is the father of the accused of the murder of Powerlifter Andrei Drachev. The version of possible revenge is also checked.

On January 16, on the highway in the Railway District of Khabarovsk, the driver of the Toyota Corolla car knocked out 58 -year -old Allahveranov, who crossed the carriageway. According to the traffic police, the driver was sober.

Criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation by a person driving a car, the rules of the road that entailed by negligence of the death of a person) was transferred to the department for the investigation of especially important cases of the UK in the Khabarovsk Territory.

The lawyer of the Allahveranov family Konstantin Lysenko reported that the deceased received threats. He was shot down when he went to work, and he used the same route.

On August 20, 2017, the Gallery cafe in the center of Khabarovsk had a fight. As a result of the conflict, the world and European Powerlifting champion Andrei Drachev received a traumatic brain injury and subsequently died in the hospital. The second participant in the fight, also an athlete, disappeared from the scene.

On September 19, Anar Aliyar Ogly Allahveranov surrendered to the FSB . Initially, the case was opened under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm, which entailed by negligence of the death of the victim), but two days later the Investigative Committee retrained it on the clause “and” part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder committed from hooligan motives).
