
In the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan, 52 people died as a result of a bus fire.
The ignition of the passenger bus occurred at 10:30 local time (7:30 Moscow time) in the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region during movement. There were 55 passengers and 2 drivers in the cabin.
Five passengers managed to get out, the remaining 52 people died on the spot. Among the burnt there were citizens of Uzbekistan.
Survivor passengers are provided for medical care, the operational headquarters is deployed in the emergency department of the Aktobe region. Police, rescuers, doctors, and psychologists work on the spot.
