Severomorsk: the case under Art. 282 and art. 280

In January 2018 in the city Severomorsk, Murmansk region, the investigation of a criminal case on Art. 282 of the Criminal Code and art. 280 of the Criminal Code against a 27-year-old local resident accused of posting a xenophobic video on a social network.

The 27-year-old will soon be in the dock a local resident who, according to law enforcement agencies, in November 2014 published on his page in the social network "VKontakte" a certain xenophobic video calling for violence.

Unfortunately the details are not have been reported.

The case has already gone to trial consideration on the merits.
